Playing sounds in the sound previewer is weird–many times the sound skips right to the next sound after playing.

Might have been asked before but I couldn’t find anything.
I extracted all the radio stuff and got 11 GiB of wav files now. I wanted to convert them to mp3 but no matter which program I try, many files end up being called incompatible or not supported. I can however play them with Media Player Classic without problems.
Do they have some kind of protection?

thanks man, that way i can encode in my own style (which is quite generic / native to what other people do, lame -v 2)

hey i can load my openIV up because it needs a language and the links broken can u help?

Not working with GTA 1.0.4 / windows xp SP2.
I just get a error saying to set the path to gtaiv.exe.
