I have some suggestion if you have planning for GTA V PC tool (if somewhen out and possible).
“Why not create site for accepting submitted mods, just like GTAinside or gtagaming. Or precisely like Nexus. They create NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) and together running several sites for mods download. People will depend to your site more, not only to get tool but also mods. I think it will help you to get more money to run your site, than depend donation. If several programmers like Doomer, Alexander, etc, joining this it even better for modding and for you all”
In modding scenes;
Programmers like you almost got nothing and somewhen abandoned, got bad words if fail to satisfy people, suspected of having other motives, just like i saw today in gtaforums.
The most success in this, of course several GTA modding sites who accept submitted mods, like gtainside, gta4-mod, gtagarage and others. They got moneys from user traffics who look mods which created by modders who using your tools and other programmer tools …
GTA V which better than other GTA, will attract more “new hero” appear if PC modding possible.
And Open IV will abandoned if you still using the same strategy. So, think about it.

People speak only about PC modding, but i have never needed GTA PC to mod my Game and my passion in modding is the “Handling”.
Big Thanks to you because without you GTA would never were modified on xbox and ps3.
And people like me, who don’t have a very good PC, and who love mods, can mods only on console, and mods for me are not scripts, scripts kill the game and mods for me improve the game.
