How does Closed-Beta work? seeing as its a smaller (though very usefull!) application? Im currently at the end of how much I can edit and enchance via editing non-RPF files (mostly AI behavior, weapons, cars, such) so ive been looking alot into this App, hoping to make mods with a little more depth.

Wow, I was just about to give up any hopes for mods for GTA IV when I heard about openIV, and man, I’m impressed. I’ll be buying a new computer soon so I’d gladly join the beta. In exchange I could translate the program to swedish, although it isn’t the biggest language in the world.
