Summary0000353: Issue with vehicle
DescriptionAfter the latest update I am unable to start any cars when ever I sit in a car the car dosent starts I can use horn and turn vheels but car dosent moves.

Additional InformationBut when ever I uninstall openiv from my gta5 using ASI manager the game starts working again I even made sure that the issue is not cause due to a mode i removed the mode folder and tested them game again with installed openiv and still the car was not starting but when ever i removed openiv cars start working.
