DescriptionThe program is not DPI aware and looks like either:

-An upscaled scaled blurry mess. (XP Style scaling OFF)
-Cramped with hidden text and controls. (Options dialog, General tab in particular. XP Style scaling ON.)

If your settings are for 120 DPI and above.
