| Description | OpenIV latest build on my PC crashes when I try to view any GTA IV files. Occurs when I:
- Open a GTA IV file with the correct viewer from OpenIV, e.g. viewing "noose.wtd" by going to Tools > Open file in > Textures viewer
- Open a GTA IV file by double clicking on it in Windows Explorer, e.g. double clicking on "noose.wtd"
The application just freezes
Also,
- Normal GTA IV viewer is working fine.
- Tried viewing stock, unmodded GTA IV files, resulted in a crash 100% of the time.
- Tried viewing many different GTA IV files of different types, modded and unmodded, resulted in a crash 100% of the time.
- Tried uninstalling OpenIV, clearing my %TMP% folder, restarting PC, re-installing OpenIV. Viewing any GTA IV file still results in a crash 100% of the time.

- *.wtd
- *.wft
- *.wdr

Versions are:
- Windows 10 Spring Creators Update, version 1803, build 17134.165, x64 system
- OpenIV latest, version 3.0.0, build 1005, date 13 / 07 / 18.
