As GooD-NTS said on GTAForums, cutscenes are synchronized with their audio and can't be played if they don't have it. But there's another question is coming, is this how it the actual game does the sync and there's no way at all to view just animations? |

I fixed this proplem myself. by edit some game files |

Of course the game works another way. I will look how much time it is needed to add support for audio-less cutscenes. |
