Summary0000769: Drag and Drop file Denial/Block while edit mode is on
DescriptionSo, right now I'm trying to drag a file for a mod in GTA ,in the mod section and in the patchday24 file when I try to drop in the correct file and when I hover over the OpenIV it just shows a Denial symbol or block symbol but the thing is I have the Edit mode on which for some reason it does not let me drop it.

Make sure:
• Your OpenIV is not running as administrator
• You drag from Windows File Explorer, not 7Zip or something
• You drag from regular folder, not ZIP folder, you need to extract files from zip first
