You need to copy new version of update.rpf into "mods" folder. Your game crash because your mods folder is not compatible with the latest version of the game. |

yh tried that stil didn't work and only worked after i took the asi loader and openiv.asi out and this issue is happening with loads of me and my friends |

and plus i took all of the mods out as well and didnt evne work still and even verified files but until i took out the openiv.asi and the asi loader thats when it wroked nad is same for many of my friends |

Just checked on the latest version of GTA V and OpenIV. OpenIV.ASI is fully compatible with the latest version of GTA V and cannot cause crash during game loading. |
