Summary0000743: Doesn't wanna launch anymore
DescriptionI was sitting on youtube and then it randomly started updating so i was like what then i quit the updater because it kept it on the same updating window for 10 mins and i was confused so i exited the updater and when ever i try to launch it again it says [FATAL] Can't start application. Recovery directory not found. Error code-001 Please reinstall application.
and when ever i try to reinstall it it just says failed and i attempted to delete the whole New Technology folder and it says that file is open in another program and i tried everything like restarting my computer and nothing has happened.
Additional InformationSays file is open in another program but i checked via task manager and i couldn't find whats causing it to choke.
