Summary0000697: Update causes OpenIV to no longer open (With Error)
DescriptionThe title says it all. After updating OpenIV it no longer opens and gives an error message. The previous version worked fine but update killed it. Error log below:

Steps To ReproduceOpening the application normally with/without admin causes error. The previous version did not do this.

I tried rebooting my pc and it worked again. Not sure if this will fix everyone else
