Summary	0000613: ASI Manager not working
Description	When i load the ASI manager i get this error (error 1) followed by another error message (error 2) which then turns the ASI manager complelety white and unusable (error 3). I have updated windows,nvidia drivers, cleared the nvidia drivers using "display driver unitstaller" and re-intalling them after that, re-instaling openiv and alot of re-starting the computer. This issue is really begining to annoy me and any help would be apreciated. thankyou
Steps To Reproduce	1)start open iv 2) click on tools 3)click on ASI manager
