Summary0000556: OpenIV does not replace all audio files in vehicles.awc on import from openformat
DescriptionWhen replacing sirens using the export & re-import to openformats method, not all files are successfully replaced. If I replace all siren files, the wail and airhorn (0x0D329446.wav and 0x0EA58C7C.wav) sound the same in-game as they were before replacing. Even if I delete vehicles.awc and build the new one from OpenFormats this bug still happens.

Steps To ReproduceExport vehicles.awc to OpenFormats, replace the siren files, and re-import. Wail and airhorn should remain the same.

Hi,

If I delete the vehicles.awc file and import from oac, the file is straight up missing.

If I could just go back to 2.9 I would. This new update broke so much.
